These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SLLRZ Event website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

2. Services Provided

SLLRZ Event provides an online platform that allows:

Organizers: To list, promote, and sell tickets/registrations for their events ("Events").
Users/Customers: To browse, purchase tickets, and register for Events.

SLLRZ Event acts solely as a ticketing agent and platform provider. We are not the organizer, producer, or promoter of the Events unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Organizer is solely responsible for the Event itself, including its content, scheduling, venue, and execution.

3. Ticket Purchases and Payments

3.1. Pricing and Availability

Event prices are set by the Organizer. All prices are listed in the currency specified on the Platform (KD). Ticket availability is managed by the Organizer.

3.2. Payment

Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment gateways. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the relevant payment gateway.

3.3. Confirmation

Upon successful payment, SLLRZ Event will issue a confirmation notice or electronic ticket (e-ticket). This confirmation serves as your proof of purchase.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges

4.1. General Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the specific Event Organizer's policy.

4.2. Organizer Responsibility

Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are subject to the individual policies established by the Event Organizer. SLLRZ Event will process refunds only upon the explicit instruction and authorization of the Organizer, in accordance with their stated policy.

4.3. Event Cancellation/Postponement

If an Event is cancelled or significantly postponed, the Organizer is solely responsible for determining the refund or exchange policy and processing. SLLRZ Event's liability is limited to refunding the service fee (if applicable) and facilitating the refund of the ticket price as instructed by the Organizer.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1. Accuracy of Information

Users (both Organizers and Customers) must ensure that all information provided to the Platform is accurate, current, and complete.

5.2. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that breaches these Terms. This includes posting illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or defamatory content.

6. Limitation of Liability

SLLRZ Event is not responsible for any issues arising directly from the Event, including but not limited to: venue safety, event content, personal injury, loss or damage to property, or the failure of the Organizer to deliver the Event as advertised.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of the use of the Platform is strictly limited to the service fees (if any) paid by you to SLLRZ Event.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

SLLRZ Event reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
